The Mercedes AMG C63 Coupé debuts September 15 at the 2015 Frankfurt International Motor Show – Hits markets March 2016.
The C-Class takes the distinction as Mercedes AMG’s best-selling model series – and the upcoming 2017 version with the 4.0-litre 8-cylinder biturbo engine that’s currently powering the C63 Saloon and the C63 Estate, will take the new C63 coupe to even higher levels. The 2017 Mercedes AMG C63 S Coupé accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds, the C 63 Coupé in 4.0 seconds. This makes the Coupé just a fraction faster than the Saloon – thanks to the wider tyres and shorter-legged rear-axle ratios. The top speed is 250 km/h (electronically limited; 290 km/h with AMG Driver’s Package). Add faster gearshifts via the AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed sports transmission and a specially developed suspension for maximum lateral and longitudinal dynamics, Mercedes new C63 Coupe should offer consumers a more unique offering in the segment.
Mercedes AMG C63 Coupé pricing and more details to come following the official unveil in Frankfurt next month.
