Specs: 2015 Infiniti Q50 3.7 Gains 19-inch RAYS Wheel Package

The stylish compact sedan's lineup grows while adding a new performance wheel package from RAYS.

The introduction of the Infiniti Q50 sedan was a significant entry when it first debuted in 2013 as a 2014 model, replacing the successful G37 and, more importantly, paving the way for the new definitive Infiniti design language.

Everything the Japanese luxury automaker produces today, from the full-size QX80 SUV to the sedan entry-level Q-series, follows this strict, distinct styling philosophy. But in a hotly-contested segment of luxury sport compact sedans with able rivals like the BMW 3-series or Audi A4, the Infiniti Q50 needs to continue shining.

A new Q50 performance wheel package for 2015

A newcomer, nothing has changed since 2014, including the design. However, the Q50 stable has grown and now offers ten models:

  • Q50 3.7
  • Q50 3.7 AWD
  • Q50 3.7 Premium
  • Q50 3.7 AWD Premium
  • Q50S 3.7
  • Q50S 3.7 AWD
  • Q50 Hybrid Premium
  • Q50 Hybrid AWD Premium
  • Q50S Hybrid
  • Q50S Hybrid AWD

The only addition for 2015 is a good one: a new performance wheel package. The package includes 19-inch RAYS superlight forged aluminum-alloy wheels (245/40R19 front / 265/35R19 rear) wrapped in summer tires (non-run flat), plus a spare tire package. The wheels on the Infiniti Q50 in these photos are killer, with the long double-spoke design a nice contrast to the sculpted body design.
