This 764-HP Pagani Huayra Roadster shows the Coupe what’s up

Only 100 units available at a cool $2,400,000.

Is the Pagani Huayra Roadster the company’s most complicated carbon fiber supercar project undertaking? According to Horacio Pagani, indeed it is. Considering this Roadster is not only around 200 pounds lighter than the Coupe it’s loosely based on but also far stiffer thanks to the utilization of Carbo-Titanium and Carbo-Triax HP52 composite materials in its chassis, and all this despite its removable carbon and glass roof, we can see where Horacio is coming from. Powering the Pagani Huayra Roadster a custom 764 horsepower Mercedes-AMG twin-turbo V12 and a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox providing enough power to the wheels that, when coupled with the car’s stellar handling, achieves lateral forces of 1.8G. With only 100 units produced globally (and a US2.4M price tag), the chances of parking this roadster in your dream garage are slim. Sorry dude.
