Subaru XV Concept debuts at 2016 Geneva Motor Show

Is the Subaru XV Concept a hint of things to come?

Seeing as Subaru just debuted an all-new, second-generation Crosstrek crossover for 2016 (still called the XV in markets outside North America), we’re not sure. And, this is a concept after all. But this is one concept that’s really not out there in terms of styling – this Subaru XV/Crosstrek could be a reality by 2018, but don’t quote us on that.

The purpose of this concept is to show the automaker’s Dynamic X Solid design philosophy in the compact crossover form. The front, sides, and rear are seamlessly joined in the Dynamic X Solid surface structure, creating three-dimensional and solid body that is a feature of Subaru styling. All wrapped in a Glacier Khaki Silica exterior colour: a blue-grey paint scheme exclusive to this concept.
