Million-Dollar Machines and More: Highlights from Vancouver’s Supercar Weekend

The Luxury and Supercar Weekend at Vancouver’s VanDusen Botanical Garden is a two-day party featuring high-end cars and exclusive products.

The Luxury and Supercar Weekend event was recently held at Vancouver’s VanDusen Botanical Garden, and thousands of visitors enjoyed the two-day party in the lavish park-like setting surrounded by millions of dollars in high-end automobiles and exclusive products.

The annual end-of-summer show allows consumers the opportunity to get up close and personal with the latest and greatest exotic and specialty automobiles and luxury goods. There is also a special VIP area (which can be accessed by purchasing a second-tier ticket) where further displays of furniture, fashion, and other designer products can be viewed while sampling a variety of food items and adult beverages that are free of charge as part of the VIP ticket upgrade.

If you are passionate about automobiles, this is the show to attend, as the organizers assemble a stunning display of modern and classic vehicles and a sampling of ultra-rare exotics, concept vehicles, and racing vehicles. Exotic dream machines like the potent LaFerrari, Magnum Mk5, Pagani Huayra, and McLaren 675LT were on hand this year, as were unique track-day specials like the Magnum Mk5 and Montreal-built Felino cB7.

Lifestyle events included no less than six fashion shows throughout the weekend, food and beverage sampling stations prepared by some of Vancouver’s top Chefs and bartenders, and the VAULT in the Garden, a luxury jewelry gallery and store. If you missed it this year, make plans to attend the event next September, as the weekend extravaganza is a growing concern and will no doubt be scheduled to return for 2016.
