Celebrating 30 years, Toyota re-releases the Land Cruiser 70 Series for 2015

Second Round with the Re-Release of the 2015 Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series

First launched in 1984, the Land Cruiser 70 was a very popular choice among consumers due to its lifespan and heavy-duty construction. In 2004, sales in Japan had pretty much ended but due to countless requests to return the land cruiser back to the market a re-release was made.

The new Land Cruiser 70 Series will feature a 4.0 litre V6 engine and averages 13 miles per gallon; matted to a five-speed manual transmission and all the glory of four-wheel-drive. With 30 years of improvements being made the re-release of the Toyota Land Cruiser should address every concern a consumer ever had.

Built and sold in Japan, this unique Land Cruiser will not be made available in the US but if it were it would be the perfect car for those who love the outdoors and like to camp. Remember the time when a Toyota Land Cruiser never received a second glance? Well that time is over now and the once rugged SUV built for climbing, hauling, and traversing is being re-released with some new features along for the ride.
